RegisterASA, the ASA’s online registration system is new and improved!  Here is some more information to help you with the new site and process at RegisterASA.com:  RegisterASA Guide* (PDF)   *updated as of 01/04/10 @ 12:35pm Things to remember are: Please do not pay any fees on line. All fees are paid with the invoice that you mail in. We register as Individuals and not Teams... The new system needs pictures for everyone at first and then every two years. Birth Certificates will be necessary for each player the first time the player is registered in the new system. The person that is entering information needs to be the "Team Administrator". If they hold duplicate rolls they should choose that role as well, example is manager, coach, assistant coach etc.. Only the Team Administrator can enter players and coaches in the system. All adults that register need the background release form included with the invoice. (the system may not print that message at first) Social Security Cards are no longer required. When the team is set up, there are two options for fees, pictures and no pictures. In Travel we always require pictures. In this example Classification is different then Group. Both fields should be the same, Gold or 18A. ACE certifications and background checks are also available. When you return to RegisterASA, you will need to verify your email address and change your password in order to access the site. After you login you will be able to access your profile and update any needed information, plus you’ll be able to search for tournaments on the tournament Portal.
